Rust，是目前年紀最高(截至 Scarface、且「時空設定」下)的搶匪，有 61歲。 配音員與臉模演員都是大家最熟悉的 Ron Pearlman，也就是地獄怪客的男主角。
在加入 PAYDAY Gang 之前，他是 OVERKILL MC 暴走族成員，但他發現千載難逢的機會，於是加入了臭名昭彰、搶遍華盛頓的 PAYDAY Gang。
為了向 PAYDAY Gang 表示自己是真心誠意加入的，並且在 The Elephant 的提供機會下，他必須把自己的前暴走族兄弟幹光光。
- 61歲，全部成員最老之最。如果撇除部分人物的時空設定問題(例如 Scarface)，那麼他就不是最老的成員了

(音譯：拉屎)，人物造型靈感來自於現在部分暴走族人物、媒體等事物
- 同上，人物設計靈感可能主要來自於選定演員 Ron Pearlman 所演的「飆風不歸路」中飾演的 Clay Morrow
- 他的武器、人物服裝，也是靈感參考自驚奇人物漫畫中的 Johnny Blaze 與 Danny Ketch
- 霰彈槍 Breaker 12G，也是取自靈感於 魔鬼終結者 2
- 跟 Jimmy 一樣，在加入 PAYDAY Gang 之前，他並沒有面具。 Rust 的面具是由 Dallas 作為歡迎禮致贈的
- 第二名人物武器是霰彈槍，第一位是 Bonnie(肥婆)
- Rust 掛在脖子上的霰彈槍彈殼項鍊，上面印有 Dallas 字樣，可能代表它們早就是舊識熟人
對講機回報台詞：
