Afternoon, help the client do the WAXS, I hate tackling the sample, I needed to fixed the tube which have the sample in to the board, tube was so fragile, I don't know why I always was so careless and easy to break it, when breaking it, then needed to ask them to make one another. This process would waste the time. Longer the measuring time.
I wanted to complain the client (international student) one thing, because the condition was under vacuum, tube need to use glue to seal it, this could prevent the sample from leaking out. I asked him seal it perfectly ? He answer me was Yes. But when the measurement was over, I took out the sample from chamber, I smell his sample odor then I know he didn't seal it perfectly, causing me need to clean the inside, I now afraid the device would have any problem due to his unknown sample, I hope that would no problem for the machine.
